Our client’s marketing department was looking for new digital ways to get attention for their product and boost sales. Their main objective was to create a mobile application to demonstrate the high comfort of the apartments for sale and the high-class architecture of the constructed property.
Considering the goals and objectives of the customer, our IT specialists suggested developing a mobile application with augmented reality functionality. According to our vision, the app was supposed to be the marker-based companion software to our client’s brochures and ensure immersive interaction in real-time for the customer’s clientele.

We started with content generation, encompassing omnidirectional models, recreating interiors and exterior design, filming narration, and designing captions. Everything was designed from scratch and made fully customizable in case any last-minute changes occurred. With no specific requirements at the beginning of the project, we studied the general concept formulated by the client and drew up the technical specifications.
